Nat’s January Detox – Starts Monday 5th

As it’s winter here in the northern hemisphere we have made this detox a little different to help sustain our bodies as we detox in the cooler temperatures.

Here’s a great recipe we found on GOOP as a good breakfast option if you’re not up for a smoothie and think you need a little more sustenance to get you through the morning.

Savory Winter Detox Shake

MAKES 1

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup bone marrow broth (or chicken or vegetable stock)
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • a pinch of salt (if broth is unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

1. Blend until smooth.
