Dinner on Day 4 of our #globalcommunitydetox Dorada – or sea bream – Fresh caught fish pan fried in a little ecological olive oil and sea salt with green salad – lettuce, fennel, chives, avocado and capsicum. Olive oil and lemon dressing with herbamare. Low calories, satisfying and fresh.
